Purchase karne se pehle hamari refund policy zaroor padhe — digital products ke liye special rules hote hain.

Kyunki hamare digital products hain — ek baar files deliver ho jaane ke baad unhe "wapas" nahi kiya ja sakta. Isliye generally refund nahi diya jata. Kharidne se pehle preview zaroor dekho aur sawaal poochho.

✅ Refund Milega — Sirf In Cases Mein

  • Template deliver hi nahi ki gayi — payment ke 48 ghante baad bhi
  • Deliver ki gayi file corrupt ya kaam nahi kar rahi — aur hum fix nahi kar sake
  • Humne jo template promise ki thi — delivered template bilkul alag nikli
  • Technical error ki wajah se double payment ho gayi

❌ Refund Nahi Milega — In Cases Mein

  • Template deliver ho chuki hai aur aapne download kar li
  • "Design pasand nahi aaya" — preview pehle se available tha
  • Aapne khud customize kiya aur kuch toot gaya
  • Aapko coding nahi aati — ye clearly bataya gaya tha
  • Aapne galat template kharid li — order se pehle confirm karo
  • Business plan change ho gaya ya website ki zaroorat nahi rahi
  • Hosting ya domain se related koi problem

  • Koi technical issue hai — fix karke dobara bhejenge
  • Dono parties agree karein to same value ka doosra template le sakte ho

Exchange request bhi 48 ghante ke andar karni hogi.
